Instructions
- In a blender, pulse the pistachios until coarsely chopped.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chopped herbs.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped pistachios.
- Chill the cheese bomb for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
