  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add dragon fruit puree, vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  6. Stir in cornstarch and heavy cream.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
