  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine edamame, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edamame is crispy.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes.
