- 1 pound edamame in pods
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine edamame, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edamame is crispy.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes.
- These can also be served chilled.
