- 10 banana peppers

Instructions
- Slice the banana peppers in half and remove seeds.

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each pepper in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the coated peppers until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
