  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice the banana peppers in half and remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each pepper in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the coated peppers until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
