Instructions
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth.
- Fold in mixed berries gently to create a swirl.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Top with cornflakes and sprinkle sugar over the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Slice and serve.

- For a more intense berry flavor, use berry puree swirled into the ice cream.
