Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rice cereal and shredded coconut.
  2. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture, then pour over the rice cereal and coconut. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
