- 2 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rice cereal and shredded coconut.
- In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture, then pour over the rice cereal and coconut. Stir until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
Notes
- For a festive touch, add sprinkles on top before refrigerating.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
