Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut cream, mascarpone cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix coffee and dark rum.
- Dip the ladyfinger cookies into the coffee mixture briefly.
- Layer half of the ladyfingers in a dish, followed by half of the coconut mixture.
- Repeat the layers and top with toasted coconut flakes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum or substitute with coconut extract.
- Make sure to use unsweetened coconut cream for the best flavor.
