Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the diced mango and shredded coconut over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Break into pieces and serve.
