A light and fluffy pastel swirl loaf made from cloud bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons food coloring
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Add cream cheese and salt to the yolks, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture carefully.
  6. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring to each.
  7. Spoon dollops of each colored mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, swirling them together.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
