Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Add cream cheese and salt to the yolks, and mix well.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture carefully.
- Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring to each.
- Spoon dollops of each colored mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, swirling them together.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
