- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined. Fold in green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, add whipped cream on top to resemble snow.
Notes
- For easier removal, chill the cheesecakes overnight.
- Decorate with festive sprinkles for added fun!
