Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately roll the cake with a kitchen towel.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then unroll.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread the cream filling over the cake, roll it up again, and chill.
- Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
