  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the codfish in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water several times.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Add the soaked codfish and cook until it flakes easily.
  5. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
