- 10 grams instant yeast
- 200 ml milk, warm
- 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 grams dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Add to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and shape the risen dough into buns.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
- Slice the buns and fill with the chocolate cream.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
