Ingredients

  • 100 grams dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Add to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and shape the risen dough into buns.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
