  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add flour and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
