Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Stir in espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add flour and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
