- 500 grams chicken hearts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken livers and hearts with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Thread the livers and hearts onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soaking the livers in milk for a couple of hours can help reduce bitterness.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
