Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add in chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
