- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cherry puree
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream, cherry puree, and matcha powder separately.
- Spoon cherry and matcha mixtures alternately onto the crust and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool and chill in the refrigerator.
