Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry puree
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in sour cream, cherry puree, and matcha powder separately.
  6. Spoon cherry and matcha mixtures alternately onto the crust and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool and chill in the refrigerator.
