- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup pitted cherries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chilled espresso and amaretto.
- In another bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in the espresso mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of sliced cherries on top.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, let the tiramisu sit overnight.
- Garnish with additional cherries before serving.
