- 1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and shake off excess.
- Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the wings for the last 2 minutes.
- If you prefer a milder flavor, use a mild buffalo sauce.
