- 1 round of Brie cheese
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the Brie with chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and drizzle with honey.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese and seal tightly.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
