Instructions
- In a pot, heat the bone broth over medium heat.
- Add the soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and divide them into bowls.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
- Top with sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and mushrooms.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
