Ingredients

  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the bone broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Drain the noodles and divide them into bowls.
  6. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  7. Top with sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and mushrooms.
