This delicious blueberry ganache tart features a rich chocolate crust filled with creamy ganache and topped with fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour the ganache into the cooled tart shell and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  8. Top with fresh blueberries before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use high-quality chocolate for the ganache.
  • This tart can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated.
