- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the ganache into the cooled tart shell and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Top with fresh blueberries before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality chocolate for the ganache.
- This tart can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated.
