Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the almond flour, dates, dried blueberries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Using your hands, form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

- For a sweeter taste, add more maple syrup.
