- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mold the mixture into patties of desired size.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
