- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, black sesame paste, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add coconut milk and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into donut molds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
