- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Rub the bison chuck eye roll with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned bison in a roasting pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour it over the bison.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 4-6 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
