Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the matcha mixture.
  4. Spread the matcha filling over the crust, smoothing the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Remove from springform pan and slice to serve.
