- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the matcha mixture.
- Spread the matcha filling over the crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from springform pan and slice to serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For an extra touch, top with fresh berries before serving.
