Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the dried fruit, nuts, spices, and flour.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine the fruit mixture with the butter mixture, then add orange juice and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
