- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (16 ounces) cranberry sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, mix together the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
