This delicious baked brie wrapped in crispy phyllo dough is the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the phyllo dough and layer 4 sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  3. Place the Brie in the center and top with brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
  4. Fold the phyllo dough over the Brie and brush the top with butter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
  • For a sweet twist, add honey or fig jam.
  • Can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
