- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the phyllo dough and layer 4 sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
- Place the Brie in the center and top with brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
- Fold the phyllo dough over the Brie and brush the top with butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- For a sweet twist, add honey or fig jam.
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
