Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine kidney cubes with tallow, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary.
- Skewer the marinated kidney pieces onto skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with any leftover tallow.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
