- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Trim excess fat from the beef deckle.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, and brown sugar.
- Place the beef in the smoker and smoke for 4-5 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F.
- Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Cut into cubes and toss with barbecue sauce.
- Smoke again for an additional hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
