Instructions

- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture, and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a round loaf, and place it on a baking sheet.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Make shallow cuts on the surface of the dough, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
