  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley, then remove from heat.
  4. Place salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
