- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley, then remove from heat.
- Place salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot, drizzled with extra sauce.
