A delicious and refreshing dessert made with almond milk and coffee, perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, brewed coffee, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in dissolved gelatin and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, slice and serve chilled.

Notes
