- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in chopped almonds and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more almond extract.
- These blondies are best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
