Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until they form a sticky dough.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the pressed mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and refrigerate until set.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
