- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until they form a sticky dough.
- Mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the pressed mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if preferred.
