- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, Biscoff spread, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before glazing or serving.
Notes
- These donuts are best served fresh.
- For a sweeter treat, dip in additional Biscoff spread.
