Delicious and easy-to-make Lotus Biscoff donuts ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, Biscoff spread, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before glazing or serving.

Notes
