Ingredients

  • 1 cup mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • cornstarch for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mochiko, sugar, and water until smooth.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute.
  3. Add vanilla extract and crushed Oreos, mix until combined.
  4. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and transfer the mochi mixture onto it.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then knead and shape into balls.
  6. Roll each mochi ball in more crushed Oreos to coat.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
