- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- cornstarch for dusting
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mochiko, sugar, and water until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute.
- Add vanilla extract and crushed Oreos, mix until combined.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and transfer the mochi mixture onto it.
- Let it cool slightly, then knead and shape into balls.
- Roll each mochi ball in more crushed Oreos to coat.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

- For a richer flavor, consider using chocolate Oreos.
- Keep mochi refrigerated for freshness.
